I wanted to fiddle with a combination of charcoal and a harder, slicker line. This was my first test: an affable, loyal face who wishes my friend Mandy well during her upcoming job interview. He doesn't mean to frown: he just has a lot of thoughts to sort through, in general. Maybe I'll refine the idea in the future.
